I’m looking for a website builder, (preferably drag and drop as I know zero programming skills), that will allow me to have features like:

Shoppings carts to allow people to make purchases from my site.

User accounts so customers can log in to add simple information about themselves that only I will see. Not a social networking site. Just basically a set of questions a person would fill out and I would see the answers once they’ve completed them. Also the ability for the customer to attach a small file.

Also a wide range of templates to choose from.

To my knowledge most hosting sites will offer basically everything I need except for the user accounts, or am I missing something? If not, how would one go about adding the user account function?

If this feature isn’t something that a drag and drop builder will supply, is there any places you guys would recommend to build this type of site for me?
